I am going to talk about my favorite lesions I cultural diversity .
first I am going to about racism because its bad fore nations it dived people and make a lot of hatred
between people also racism killed a lot of people in slavery time for example the framers in brazil.
second discrimination agents' the other sex like in KSA the woman's cant drive cares but in the rest of the world she can drive .
stereotype like jading on a person by his raise . like he is Egyptian he will order from the coffee and he will say i forget my wallet .
I enjoyed filming the first project about our cultural in the UAE village I liked talking to new people
and shirring thoughts and ideas .
I think UAE should have harmony day because UAE became the new world center so people came her to have a biter life but there is problem because they came from deferent cultural so we
have a harmony day to let people now about etch other cultural so we can now etch other and live together in harmony and peace.
in conclusion I enjoyed the cultural diversity very much its gave me anew view to life.

exercise 10A
exercise 10 A
In many parts of the world, we can still see slaves but in a modern way that our generation would not notice that there are slaves still exist. A real example of that is the workers, who migrate from there country to survive and got a better life rather than being poor. The simple things that we use daily is being made for us and delivered as desired, while many slaves survived to do them and to make sure that we will feel great to get them as the way we want

Exercise #8b:
In my own cultural dimensions and since we have a lot of citizens here in UAE we all have High Context, and we still could communicate with other and sharing stuff.
The second cultural dimension is that we are collectivism. The third one is that we are a low power distance, where we can give and get from our leaders. Furthermore, Emirati citizens are all equal to each other such as employees, managers, and leaders. In UAE, there is high uncertainty avoidance, while compared to Jamaica and Singapore which are the two lowest countries in uncertainty avoidance.
In concision, In UAE we always work in social orientation like our grandfathers did, which made their live more easy and better, and we are also following the same method by being around each other and working with each other.

The United Nations, in a 1950 statement, opted to “drop the term ‘race’ altogether and speak of “ethnic groups”. In this case, there are more than 5,000 ethnic groups in the world, according to a 1998 study published in the Scientific American.
